Challenge at Artfull Crafts:
WOW us with your cardmaking skills! Submit ideas for quick and easy cards that you might produce in larger quantities, or the fancy ones that you'll give instead of a gift!
Here's my first one (probably a one-off)....
All the elements were designed (or modified) by me with the help of the Silhouette Studio software and then cut with my silhouette machine. The papers are last christmas' Kaisercraft "Twig & Berry".
I added Distress Crackle to the window frame then rubbed in a touch of Distress Ink after it dried. I coloured in each of the fairy lights and the cord with my alcohol pens before glueing them onto the tree. The tree still needed a bit of 'sparkle' so I added stickles to the branches and glossy accents to the lights. The poinsietta and banner got a bit of glossy accents too.
Hopefully things won't get too busy and the kids will allow me to have a bit of "me" time and I'll get some more cards made
